At Haspel, we take pride in the quality of our tailored clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
